1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the fb ajee platform and all its services. By visiting the fbajee.plus website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

Fb ajee is an internationally licensed online gaming platform committed to providing the best experience for users in Bangladesh, operating in full compliance with all applicable regulations.

Fb ajee reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes upon your first login after they take effect. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may request to close your account.

2. Account Registration

To open an account with fb ajee, the following requirements must be met:

• You must provide your own accurate information — using a fake name, false address, or someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.
• Only one account may be opened per person.
• The mobile number and email provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing your password with anyone is strictly prohibited.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your fb ajee account secure. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately. fb ajee stores login history and device information, which can be used to address any unauthorized access.

Sharing your account or allowing someone else to play on your behalf is a violation of these terms. If such activity is confirmed, the account will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

3. Age Verification & KYC

Fb ajee takes strict measures to protect minors from gambling. Age must be declared at the time of registration, and proof of identity may be requested at any time.

KYC Documents

Prior to withdrawal or upon request by the fb ajee team, you may be required to submit one of the following documents:

Large withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed. This is a security measure and is not intended to work against you.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive 500 welcome points upon registration. These points can be used for gameplay but cannot be withdrawn directly — they can be redeemed after a specified amount of play.

The welcome bonus is a one-time offer. Any attempt to claim it multiple times by opening additional accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

6. Game Rules

All games on fb ajee are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. This means every outcome is completely random — no one, including fb ajee, can predetermine any result.

Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are clearly displayed on that game's page. When playing with bonus funds, the maximum bet limit is generally lower — this is to prevent bonus abuse.

Game Errors

If a game error occurs due to a technical issue, the result of that round will be voided and bets will be returned. fb ajee's server records serve as the final and definitive proof.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fb ajee and constitute a serious violation of these terms:

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Multiple accounts belonging to the same person — "multi-accounting".
• Collusion or coordinated betting with the intent to manipulate the bonus system.
• Threatening or harassing other players or fb ajee staff.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the system.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fb ajee is not liable for:

• Interruptions or losses during gameplay due to loss of internet connectivity.
• Issues arising from problems with your own device or browser.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure — service disruptions caused by natural disasters, server attacks, or government restrictions.

That said, fb ajee takes full responsibility for its own errors. If a server fault results in financial loss to a player, we are obligated to investigate and provide a fair resolution.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

You can close or temporarily suspend your fb ajee account at any time by contacting support. This option is available to all users as part of our responsible gaming commitment.

Fb ajee may unilaterally close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• Where suspicious financial activity or indications of money laundering are detected.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

If there is a valid balance, the account holder will be given the opportunity to withdraw funds before closure, unless legally prohibited from doing so.

10. Changes & Updates to Terms

The effective date of any changes will always be displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw any valid balance.
